Distinctive roof mounted ventilators adorn vertical shafts that pass through the three story building. At each floor level high level motorised acoustic flap ventilators are mounted at ceiling level to allow passive warm air to pass into the shafts for extraction at high level.
The large warehouse facility houses volatile liquid styrene. High level windcatcher turrets monitor the air quality and provide top down air movement to dilute the styrene to safe levels.
