Following on from our previous post describing the Analysis & Prototype Testing stage, our design is now complete, our drawings and calculation package have been approved and it is now time to commence manufacture. At Vision we work closely with the various contractors and trades pre-order to ensure that our systems are seamlessly integrated into the building fabric.
Each project has a designated Project Manager who programmes the production and installation phase to ensure that the products are completed in advance of when they are required so as not to delay any site progress. All manufacturing is carried out by our own production staff and approved Vision specialists who have been our partners since 2004. All our site operatives are CSCS registered and for specific tasks are industry qualified and certified for all aspects of the works so we can guarantee a full design and installation package from start to finish.
In many projects our systems are integrated into the Building Management System that monitors and controls the natural ventilation system. Our dedicated team of commissioning engineers work through the handover process to ensure the system operates as required and are available on a 24 hour call out during the initial period as the building settles into normal working life.
Our complete design and build service enables us to construct and handover a fully certified system that meets all industry standards providing the client with long term security and ongoing service and maintenance.
